The Abbeville Opera House
The Abbeville Opera House is located at 100 Court Square in Downtown Abbeville, South Carolina.
Become an Opera House Patron! Benefits include: four tickets total to be redeemed at the show(s) of your choosing, name listed on program, social media shout outs, and name listed on the City website. (Open to individuals and businesses)
Tickets for these events can be purchased online using the link below or in person at the Opera House. Please contact the City Special Event Coordinator Emily Bledsoe for more information.
Refreshments include soda, water, beer, wine, as well as assorted chips and candy bars. Outside food and drink is prohibited. Lobby doors open one hour prior to showtimes. Theater doors open half an hour prior to showtimes. Unless otherwise stated, Abbeville Opera House Comedy shows are recommended for audiences 18 years of age and older. While no age restriction is in place, parents should be advised stand up comedy may contain some language and content inappropriate for children under 18. Parents are advised to use their discretion when bringing children younger than 18.
*The City of Abbeville will issue refunds for tickets up to 30 days before an event. After that, the City will no longer issue refunds and will only issue an exchange of tickets. However, if the tickets were purchased more than 90 days prior to the refund request, the City will not issue a refund even if the request is 30 days before the event. If a ticket holder elects to exchange their tickets, they may exchange them to one show of equal or lesser value. Exchanges will be offered up to 5 days before the start of an event. Once an event is less than 5 days away, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.*

The Swingin' Medallions

Based out of Greenwood, South Carolina, the Medallions' musical roots came from listening to early rhythm and blues acts. After a few years of touring colleges from the Carolinas to the Louisiana Bayou, the group recorded "Double Shot (of My Baby's Love)" and the song became a million seller in 1966. While the members of the Swingin' Medallions have changed over the past thirty years, the band has always included around eight members with at least a four piece horn section. The high energy party style stage performance of the first Medallions has been passed down to the band that performs today which has been coined "The Party Band of the South."

Page’s music has been described as backwoods, southern sounds in a wave of new, traditional country music. After playing music for close to a decade, Clay has 2 studio albums/EPs: "Out in the Woods” and "Southbound" with a new single releasing soon. From 2014-2016, Clay not only composed his own lyrics and music but also engineered his songs from his bedroom. By age 20, Clay's talent and work ethic mixture had landed some accomplishments most dream of, from numerous television and radio appearances, to playing some of the South's most iconic events and venues. In 2018, Clay released his first Nashville CD. The "Southbound" EP is already making waves across the country. Clay Page is guaranteed to continue making his mark on the industry.
