Alcohol Zone Application

Mail application with Check to: Hogs and Hens Special Events Coordinator PO Box 40 Abbeville, SC 29620. Fees can also be paid online through the Payment Portal or at City Hall.

  6. Do you have a current City Business License and are you up to date on all utility bills and taxes? *

I have read the Alcohol Zone Ordinance and understand that the ordinance only permits the serving of food and beverages within the Alcohol Zone on Friday October 19, 2018 from 7PM to 11PM and on Saturday October 20, 2018 from 12PM to 3PM. Furthermore, I understand that it remains my responsibility to ID those requesting alcoholic beverages, distribute City provided wristbands to those 21 years of age or older, and provide the approved “red solo cups” for those drinking outside of my establishment in an approved alcohol zone. I also understand that submitting this application is does not guarantee that this request will be approved and that a member of City Staff will contact me regarding the status of this application. (Note: Alcohol Zones for each building will be no larger than 20ftx20ft)
